Australian Crane & Machinery Pty Ltd (ACM) is the largest privately owned manufacturer and distributor to the Crane & Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Industries in Oceania. We are the only independent manufacturer / distributor with ISO 9001: 2008 certifiation that we know of. The registration covers the Quality Management System for the design, manufacture, assembly, sales and supply of mobile cranes, elevated work platforms, specialized lifting equipment and associated spares including after sales service and maintenance.
ACM has developed an impressive range of own branded (ACM) Truck mounterd EWP's from 10.5-40m working height. All ACM branded units come standard with Remote Access Response System (RARS) which allows ACM technicians 24 hour remote access to the operating system for fault diagnosis and re-calibration in areas covered by the 2G network. ACM also distributes larger machines for Multitel of Italy. Multitel is a 100 year old company which manufactures high quality Truck Mounted EWP's to 84m working height.
ACM has been the Kobelco Cranes distributor since inception in 2004 and has maintained market leadership in Kobelco's product range year on year.
Other products in our range of offerings includes Tuepen 'Spiderlift' EWP's to 50m working height, Marchetti Truck Mounted & All Terrain Cranes and CraniMAX Lift Planner software.
After sales service in the supply of on time and affordable spare parts and professional product support via our Service Department is a top priority and one we take seriously. We have extensive stock holding of spare parts in our Melbourne head office and have service personnel across the country to service our products. We are justifiably proud to announce that in 2012 our Service department completed the 2nd ever 'CICA Gold standard' 10 year Major Inspection verification for Bechtel on a Demag CC2800 in Houston Texas.
